Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Please double check and confirm your order is correct upon checkout. Once an order is submitted it cannot be changed.  

NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ANY DAMAGES.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have a received an order that has not been fulfilled correctly, please contact our Customer Service at shop@complexcon.com.

Complexcon is NOT liable for packages once they have been marked delivered via USPS or UPS. If you are not able to receive your shipment once it leaves our fulfillment center please contact the courier to make other arrangements for delivery.

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package; this fee is not included in your shipping fee.

If you refuse a shipment from ComplexCon, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ComplexCon. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is returned back to ComplexCon due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a credit for the amount of the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order.

*International Returns/Exchanges:* Duties/Taxes will *NOT* be refunded, to request a refund on any taxes paid you will need to contact your local customs office. If you want to exchange your item please email customer service to start the process of your exchange and to hold the item. A shipping fee will be applied to any exchange orders.
